Shopexi Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

SHOPEXI AFFILIATE PROGRAM USAGE & TERMS

The Shopexi affiliate pool is an additional service offered to +smart suppliers within Shopexi bi smart intelligent e-commerce systems. 

• Suppliers who upgrade to the Shopexi b+smart panel add the relevant in-stock products to the affiliate pool from the “My Products” section so that their products can be offered for instant sale on other +smart suppliers’ websites under Shopexi marketplace pricing and terms; and they declare and undertake that, in addition to the Shopexi marketplace commission rate, a net 5% affiliate payout (including payment channels) will be deducted from the wallet for sales made via affiliate sites and transferred to the affiliate seller.
  
  

• Other suppliers who use the licensed +smart website of Shopexi bi+smart intelligent e-commerce systems and have accepted Shopexi secure marketplace terms can view the relevant products in the affiliate pool and list, with one click, the products they find suitable for their licensed online +smart stores and portfolios.
  
  

• Affiliate products sold from any bi+smart site are recorded in the main supplier’s Shopexi stall panel with an “affiliate order” note. The bi+smart site where the product is sold, the order, and all payment details can be viewed and managed by the main supplier. For the main supplier, the process continues the same way as for products sold on Shopexi marketplace, and all required product, delivery, and customer service operations are provided by the main supplier via the Shopexi stall panel.
  
  

• The bi+smart site/supplier that sells the product can only view the process managed by the main supplier from its own +smart panel; however, it cannot provide any customer service related to the product, delivery, or the relevant affiliate product, even on its own site.
  
  

• While the entire process for affiliate-sold products is viewed and managed by the main supplier via the Shopexi stall panel, the affiliate seller only has viewing permissions via the +smart panel. The consumer can track and manage the process in real time via the account on the bi+smart site where the order was placed or via the Shopexi marketplace account. With any bi+smart site membership or Shopexi marketplace membership, the consumer can log in to all bi+smart sites and the Shopexi account. While the consumer can only view and manage products and transactions related to the relevant site/supplier on bi+smart sites, they can view and manage products and orders on all other bi+smart sites via the Shopexi marketplace account.
  
  

• While successfully completed orders can be viewed in detail in the main suppliers’ wallet accounts, the affiliate stall payout is also made automatically to the registered affiliate seller account when the main supplier submits a wallet withdrawal request and the payment is forwarded to the bank.
  
  

• The affiliate pool is a service that includes shared commercial data usage from a common pool and is offered only to integrated suppliers who operate via bi+smart systems and have accepted Shopexi bi+smart secure marketplace terms. +smart suppliers can offer other suppliers’ in-stock products for sale on their own websites, and they can also add their own products to other suppliers’ affiliate pools. While +smart suppliers are the main suppliers of their own products, they can also act as affiliate sellers for other suppliers’ products and earn 5% from affiliate sales.
  
  

• Any changes made to the product by the main supplier are updated—after necessary checks—on the Shopexi marketplace, in the affiliate pool, and across all supplier websites. If the product is disabled for affiliate or sales, the product is removed from all +smart sites.
  
  

• Which suppliers have pulled the products added to the affiliate pool and on which +smart sites they are listed for sale can be viewed in detail by the main supplier in the affiliate details of the relevant product.
  
  

• All users, products, and processes included in the Shopexi affiliate program are deemed to have accepted Shopexi marketplace secure marketplace terms and are covered by the marketplace protection system.
  
  

•  The Shopexi affiliate program aims to help suppliers establish healthy, secure, and lawful B2B relationships, thereby increasing their profitability. Shopexi bi+smart makes its technology available to +smart suppliers so they can build healthy commercial relationships with each other. In this way, suppliers can view each other’s products, sell them as affiliates within their own portfolios, and easily track affiliate sales within the system from order process through delivery.
  
  

• Accounts of suppliers or consumers who are found to have violated secure marketplace rules, attempted to abuse the system, or used +smart supplier features (website - widget - payment channel - affiliate) for unlawful purposes, in ways that disturb public safety and order, or for immoral or unethical aims, will be suspended indefinitely until the necessary controls and corrections are completed, and account balances will be frozen for 90 days to cover potential damages. Shopexi auditors, legal advisors, and attorneys reserve the right—when deemed necessary—to inform the competent authorities, and to initiate legal procedures on behalf of the consumer and the secure marketplace protection system.
