Punctuality is required. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. In case of delays exceeding 20 minutes, the tasting may be canceled.
Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
The tasting begins at the exact time selected.
We recommend booking in advance, especially during high season, to secure your preferred time slot.

Children and Minors
Not recommended for children under 7 years old due to the nature and duration of the experience.
Wine will not be served to minors. Children’s menus include only soft drinks and water.
If parents request wine for a minor, it may be served only at the staff's discretion and must be paid for separately on-site.

Dietary Restrictions
Allergies or intolerances must be communicated when booking.
This experience is not recommended for vegans or individuals with diabetes.
Vegetarian menus are available on request.
Please inquire in advance if gluten-free or other dietary needs can be accommodated on request at the time of the booking.

Accessibility and Physical Considerations
Not wheelchair accessible.
This experience involves stairs and uneven surfaces and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The cellar is located in Trastevere, a historic area with cobblestone streets. Comfortable footwear is strongly recommended.

Pantheon Visit
Self-guided visit. Audio guide available at the entrance.
To collect the audio guide, you must deposit an original official ID. Photocopies or mobile images will not be accepted.
Dress code required: shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women.
Security checks are mandatory at the Pantheon entrance and may take 10 to 30 minutes.
If the Pantheon is closed due to religious events, your visit will be rescheduled or refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
