Identification & Entry

• A valid photo ID is required to enter the Colosseum and Vatican Museums (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License, or Student ID).
• You must provide the full name and date of birth for each participant at the time of booking. These must match your ID, or you may be denied entry without a refund.
• A child discount is only available when a valid ID is shown.

Security Screening & Prohibited Items

• All visitors are subject to mandatory security checks. Please allow 20–30 minutes for screening, especially during holidays or busy periods.
• Prohibited items include: glass containers, alcoholic beverages, aerosols, large backpacks, camping equipment, bulky bags, luggage, and trolleys.
• Small and medium backpacks are allowed but will be inspected by security (metal detectors, visual checks).
• Please place your phones and other personal items in the trays provided during screening.

Dress Code

• To enter the Vatican Museums or any place of worship, shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women.
• Sleeveless tops and shorts are not permitted. Entry may be denied without a refund if the dress code is not followed.

Meeting Times & Late Policy

• Due to timed entries, guests must arrive at least 15/20 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
• Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the group or reschedule unless the activity is paid for again in full.
• In case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

Tour Delays & Site Closures

• Tour schedules may vary by 20–30 minutes for operational or security reasons.
• The Colosseum or the Vatican Museums may close without notice due to weather, security alerts, strikes, or religious events.
• St. Peter's Basilica is not included in this tour

Meeting Points

• Colosseum Tour: Meet in Piazza di San Clemente, in front of the entrance to the Basilica of San Clemente. Your guide will have a sign with your name.
• Vatican Museums Tour: After your lunch break, meet at the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Your guide will wait for you with a sign with your name.
• Sightseeing Chauffeured Tour: Meet again at Piazza di San Clemente, same as the Colosseum meeting point. Your private driver will hold a signboard with your name. The departure time will be confirmed closer to the date.
