Jiankou Great Wall, and you climb up a path in about 60 minutes to reach it. The Jiankou section has retained its original state without any restoration, and reveals beautiful imperfections, wildness and primitive simplicity. it's regarded as the most precipitous and picturesque section of the Great Wall which was built during the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). When you reach Jiankou you will see a deserted watchtower that gives you a panoramic view of the entire valley. It will take 4 - 5 hours and cover 10km/ 6 miles all the way from Jiankou section to the Mutianyu section.
