If you arrive more than 5 minutes later than the scheduled tour, then you will likely forfeit and lose your booking as it interrupts the guide and other customers, if we are trying to find you after a guide has started and left the meeting point. 
  • Please note that all the film sites are private venues. Thus, while we do always plan to avoid disappointments by checking ahead for published closures, occasionally venues may close without notice. If we can't provide access to film site locations on a specific date, you will either be offered the tour at a revised start time or adjacent date or refunded in full or upon your agreement, you may be booked onto a different tour that is available Although we do always enter the Divinity school of the Bodleian library (unless it is closed to public for special occasions), please note the tour does not visit inside the medieval library upstairs. In fact, no tour operators -local or otherwise- are permitted to take tours into the actual library, since it is a working copyright library. 

  • On any day that the Divinity School film site is closed, we will try to find alternative colleges for you to visit too. 
  • n any date that New college publishes a closure after you have already pre- booked the New college tour with us, then we will update you to offer you either to reschedule date and or time or to offer you a full refund.
