Meet your guide at our conveniently located meeting point on the Karaköy side of the Galata Bridge. This bridge spans the Golden Horn, connecting the old city with Beyoglu, the modern district of Istanbul.

Enjoy Gözleme, a hand-rolled stuffed flatbread cooked to perfection, followed by Çiğ Köfte, a spicy bulgur-based delicacy packed with bold flavors. We continue with classics like Mantı, tiny dumplings topped with garlic yogurt and spices, and Tantuni, a deliciously seasoned meat wrap from southern Turkey. Of course, no visit is complete without trying a Dürüm Kebab, filled with tender döner meat wrapped in soft lavash. For a sweet finish, indulge in Baklava, famous for its crisp layers of filo, rich nuts, and fragrant syrup.
