Security ChecksYour guide will escort you through both security checks before reaching the reserved access entrance for the elevator. While we provide reserved elevator access, please note that security checks are mandatory and cannot be skipped.4. Elevator Ride & Tour ExperienceWe’ll take the elevator to the second floor, where your guide will point out major Paris landmarks.If the tour includes summit access, we'll switch elevators on the second floor to reach the top floor. After enjoying the panoramic views, you may explore the second and first floors at your own pace on the way down.

Climbing the StairsWe will climb 328 steps to reach the first floor, where we’ll take a short break (restroom access available). Then we’ll continue 342 steps up to the second floor.Guests with summit access will take the elevator to the top from the second floor and can explore it on their way down afterward.Important Notes:Tickets for the stairs are not pre-purchased and there is no reserved access. We will wait in line to purchase tickets, which can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours.All participants must be present at the time of ticket purchase.For guests who book the optional summit access, please note that summit tickets are subject to availability and may be unavailable due to capacity limits or technical issues. If summit closed at the time of ticket purchase, you will receive tickets to the second floor instead, along with a partial refund.This is a guided experience, not just a ticket.
